THE FINE PRINT:
1. Voicemail retrievals are charged at 40c per minute, plus flagfall, and are included in your Monthly Included Value. Voicemail deposits are free of charge. Standard MMS is charged at 50c per message. Video MMS is charged at $2.50 per message. SMS and MMS messages are charged regardless of delivery status. Some phones allow multiple SMS and MMS messages to be sent simultaneously. Each message incurs a separate charge. Separate charges will appear on your invoice where more than 160 characters are used. International calling is not included in your Monthly Included Value. People Telecom International Pricing applies. Customers wishing to use international roaming are charged at a rate levied by the overseas carrier plus a roaming charge. All incoming calls while roaming will incur roaming charges. Charges are set by individual premium service providers. Additional surcharge applies, please refer to the terms and conditions of premium service providers.
2. Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees are charged in advance. Monthly Access Fees and Monthly Included Value are subject to a pro rata calculation in your first month of activation.
3. Your Monthly Included Value is the maximum credit included in your Monthly Access Fee. Calls to landlines and mobiles within Australia; 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers; standard SMS and MMS; and voicemail retrievals are included in your Monthly Included Value. Standard rates apply after the Monthly Included Value is exceeded. Your Monthly Included Value expires at the end of each billing period.
4. Bundled Monthly Included Value is available to customers bundling fixed line and mobile on the same account. Bundled Monthly Included Value offer ends 29 October 2010.
5. The unlimited call offer is not to be used for commercial purposes. People Telecom Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policy applies.
6. Enjoy free People to People mobile voice calls. Applies to mobile voice calls made within Australia between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday to fixed lines and mobiles on the same People Telecom account number, no flagfall applies.
7. Standard voice call rate is charged at 80c per minute, billed in one minute increments, plus flagfall.
8. GPRS data packs are included in your Monthly Access Fee, an excess usage charge of $1 per MB applies if you exceed your monthly allowance.
9. Total minimum costs do not include connection charges or hardware costs which are charged separately.
10. All plans are available on 24 month agreements only.
11. All pricing is inclusive of GST.
12. Early termination charges apply, calculated by the Monthly Access Fee multiplied by the whole months remaining in the contract.
